Sea crabs or crabs are the common name for all crabs living in the sea or coastal areas of Vietnam.
The scientific names of sea crabs include:
Scylla serrata (also known as black crab); Scylla tranquebarica; Scylla paramamosain (also known as blue crab)
Panopeidae crabs, such as Panopeus herbstii, are members of the Xanthidae family, Helice crassa. In Vietnam, two species of Scylla paramamosain and Scylla olivacea are common.

The nutrient content in sea crabs is very rich, protein content is much higher than pork or fish. In addition, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins A, B1, B2, C … also occupy a high level. Sea crabs also contain large amounts of calcium, magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids, which are good for the heart and blood vessels.
